Karen Bonneteau

I want to shout out to Karen Bonneteau at Remax!  She is the best realtor we have ever dealt with - bar none.  Of more than 15 realtors we have talked to over the years (like 50 years), Karen is the best ever!  She was very professional and ethical and suggested the right price for our house if we wanted to sell this Fall.  She clearly knew the market.  Rather than inflate the price to get the listing, she was honest from the beginning.
Karen was always available and unfailingly kind and compassionate. She was incredibly hard working.  She was clear and direct and a straight shooter, but never pushy.  She gave great advice but wasn't insulted if we didn't take it.
She has great contracts in every area/business around town and solved any problem we gave her quickly and professionally.  There were no stupid questions and she was very present and engaged any time we talked to her.
Our situation was complicated and time-consuming, but she made the complicated simple.  She understood and sympathized with our emotion around the sale, but kept us on track and moving forward.
