Step Two:  I will prepare all the necessary paperwork to list your property on the Multiple Listing System (MLS), Realtor.ca, as well as our National Royal LePage web site, Merritt Royal LePage website.  Which also will include my personal web page;

Step Three:  Once we receive an offer, I will negotiate in your best interest; the best price, acceptable date and conditions until we reach an offer that you are comforable accepting.

Step Four:  We acheive an acceptable offer and together we will walk through the entire process untill money and keys are exchanged and you have cash in hand.
